Clutch Brake 14.125
The unit comprises of an electromagnetic clutch and brake, which can be used for continuous start stop function in any drive transmission arrangement of any machine or mechanism. The standard unit comes with an input and output shaft which can be coupled with any other input and output shaft or other items. Flange mounted option for either input or output or both is also available and hollow shaft instead of solid shaft in input or output or both is also available which facilitates an outside driving or driven shaft to be inserted inside the unit.
Clutch Brake 14.800
Electromagnetic clutch brake unit are frequently used in switched mode systems with synchronous drive speeds. 14.800 clutch brake turn a continuous motion at the input to intermittent motion at the output shaft in a torque range 7.5-120Nm. Rapid acceleration & deceleration at constant motor speed is its unique feature. Available with patented wear compensation system makes it easy to maintain. The unit comes with foot or no foot configuration, B5/B14 flange adapters at input side & output side with B5 flange. Units also available with hollow or solid input & output shafts, using specially designed over excitation switching device, extremely high switching frequencies can be obtained. Zero backlash armatures are available upon request.
Clutch Brake 14.137
The clutch brake combination open type assembly consists of normally off type clutch & brake. The armature arrangement is a duplex disc type on a common splined hub, which moves axially along the splined hub.These units are less expensive compared to our Type 14.800/14.125 as the combination is provided without the enclosure, shaft & bearings and can be incorporated where space availability is critical. These combinations are used for Dry Applications only.
Clutch Brake 14.121
The unit is pre-assembled on a single shaft. It is incorporated in applications where variable speeds and reversing of drives are desired. These units also can be used when speed increase or decrease is required during operation without stopping the prime mover.
Clutch Brake 14.128
We offer single shaft clutch brake that is pre assembled on a single shaft. It resembles in functions similar to that of normal brakes and clutches. With torque ranges from 7.5-480Nm. Ready in assembled form with high operating frequency. Not suitable for inline application. Unit is suitable for parallel shaft application.
