A carbon brush is a sliding contact used in Brushed Motors and generators to transport electrical current from a static to a revolving part while assuring spark-free commutation.
That part of the motor housing which supports the bearing and acts as a protective guard to the electrical and rotating parts inside the motor. This part is frequently called the "end bracket" or "end bell".
Our filter pads are made of polyester fibers loosely woven and bonded together. Water slips between the fibers, but the junk floating in the water gets caught. The thicker the pad is and the longer it takes water to get through it, the more debris it will catch.
Rotor Hubs. The rotor hub is the component that usually holds the blades and connects them to the main shaft of the wind machine. It is a key component not only because it holds the blades in their proper position for maximum aerodynamic efficiency, it also rotates to drive the generator.
